Who we are

Getnomik Private Limited, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("Getnomik", "we") runs this website. We decide why and how your personal data is used.

What we collect

• What you give us when you sign up: name, email, the kind of user you are (for example founder or lawyer), and optionally your phone number, city and company.
• What you do here: which guides you download or ask to be notified about, and the link or campaign that brought you here.

Why we use it

• To create your account and give you the resources you ask for. This needs your consent, which you give at sign-up.
• Only if you tick the optional box: to email you new guides and due-date reminders, and to let a Getnomik team (NomikPro, Nomiq, DigiLog or Lexnomik) contact you about related services.

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while it is active. If you have not logged in or opened our emails for 24 months, we delete it.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, at any time. Change your email preferences or delete your account from My library, or email contact@getnomik.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Complaints

Contact our grievance officer at contact@getnomik.com. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
